Bill Mabry

Bill has been directly involved in the development and construction of over 30 licensed senior facilities ranging from assisted living and Alzheimer’s care to continuing care retirement communities. His responsibilities at Gallaher Companies include site evaluation, purchase negotiations, and processing of projects for all governmental ancillary approvals required for entitlements of properties. He also works closely with the construction side of Gallaher Companies to secure certificates of occupancy.

Prior to being involved with the startup of Gallaher Companies, Bill spent 20 years in the California wine industry developing and designing his own and other winery properties in California and Rhode Island.
