Our Story

Gallaher Companies is a development firm headquartered in Windsor, CA, with projects across the Western United States. Founded and led by the Gallaher family, the company manages every stage of the development process in-house—from site acquisition and entitlements to architectural design, interiors, and landscaping.

Beyond development, Gallaher Companies retains ownership of its communities and partners with sister companies to carry the same vision into management.
