The Brand Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in bringing marketing initiatives to life across a diverse and fast-moving portfolio of projects. Partnering closely with the Senior VP of Brand Strategy and collaborating with our in-house graphic design team, you help transform ideas into polished campaigns by keeping timelines aligned, details managed, and deliverables moving forward seamlessly. As a central hub for coordination, you bring clarity and momentum to a dynamic environment where priorities evolve and no two days look the same.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help bring marketing initiatives to life across multiple brands, partnering with the Senior VP of Brand Strategy and graphic design team to align timelines, deliverables, and priorities.

  • Keep projects on track by monitoring milestones, flagging risks early, and helping remove roadblocks before deadlines are impacted.

  • Own and maintain marketing workflows in Asana, managing tasks, assignments, and status updates.

  • Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics and performance data, turning results into insights that support smarter decisions.

  • Prepare for and support marketing meetings by organizing agendas, documenting discussions, and following up on action items.

  • Serve as a central point of communication across internal teams for branding and marketing needs, ensuring clarity, alignment, and follow-through.

  • Train and support onsite teams on marketing tools such as Canva, helping ensure consistent and effective use.

  • Coordinate with vendors, printers, and partners to support production, approvals, and distribution of marketing materials.

  • Manage day-to-day activity across company social media accounts, keeping content fresh, consistent, and on brand.

  • Write, edit, and refine marketing copy for social, digital, and internal communications ensuring brand voice and consistency.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, marketing coordination, project management, or a related role- you’ve been in it, not just around it.

  • Real-world experience managing social media accounts and writing, editing, and refining marketing copy.

  • A solid understanding of how marketing campaigns come together, from idea to execution + everything in between.

  • Comfortable digging into research - whether that’s audience insights, competitive trends, or performance data to inform smarter marketing decisions.

  • Exceptionally organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • Comfortable working independently but at your best when collaborating closely with leadership and cross functional teams.

  • Curious and tech forward, with experience using AI-powered tools to support research, workflows, and content.
