A licensed real estate broker, Brooke’s expertise spans residential, commercial, and investment transactions. Her background includes more than 20 years in the tourism and hospitality sector, where she oversaw hotel development and pre-opening strategy, sales and marketing, revenue management, property management, and asset and operations oversight.

Brooke is known for cultivating strong partnerships with local jurisdictions, community organizations, and regional stakeholders. She has extensive experience navigating public-private partnerships and leading community engagement efforts. In addition, she serves on the boards of Buckelew Programs and Reach For Home, contributing her expertise to organizations supporting housing stability, behavioral health, and community well-being.
