Komron serves as Regional Director of Site Acquisitions and Development at Gallaher Companies and is the Founding Director of Gallaher Community Housing Inc. He oversees strategic land acquisitions and development initiatives across California, guiding projects from concept to completion with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and community impact.

With extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, Komron has led the entitlement and development of mixed-use, multifamily, senior living, and affordable housing communities throughout the state. His leadership reflects a deep understanding of land use policy, financial structuring, and the complex dynamics that shape regional growth.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Poppy Bank and Burbank Housing and is a member of the Board of Advisors for the Green Music Center at Sonoma State University. A former Sonoma County Planning Commissioner for more than 11 years, Komron brings a seasoned perspective to the intersection of development, governance, and community planning.
