Marketing Performance Analyst
Windsor, CA
COMPANY OVERVIEW
Gallaher Companies is one of California's most diversified privately owned development organizations. Our in-house marketing team supports a growing portfolio of luxury multifamily communities, boutique senior living, commercial real estate, financial services, and lifestyle brands. Rather than focusing on a single product or client, our team has the opportunity to build campaigns across multiple industries while working directly with company leadership to drive meaningful business results.
THE POSITION
We're looking for a highly analytical and curious Marketing Performance Analyst to help us understand what's working across our portfolio, what's not, and where we can improve.
Working across advertising, CRM, sales, and website data, you'll help us understand how our marketing investment is performing from initial lead through conversion. You'll build clear reporting for leadership, identify meaningful trends and changes in performance, and work with our agency partners to ensure the results we're seeing are accurate and accountable. This is not a creative or general marketing role. It's designed for someone who enjoys working with data, digging into the numbers, and understanding the story behind them.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build dashboards and performance reports that provide leadership with clear visibility into marketing performance across the Gallaher Companies portfolio.
Analyze campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and return on marketing investment, translating data into clear, meaningful insights.
Connect marketing data with CRM and sales results to understand which sources and campaigns are producing meaningful business outcomes.
Monitor marketing budgets, campaign spend, and vendor performance across multiple brands, ensuring investments remain on track and aligned with business objectives.
Serve as the primary liaison for digital marketing agencies and technology vendors, ensuring accountability, campaign quality, and measurable results.
Challenge assumptions, validate vendor recommendations, and ensure agency strategies are supported by data and aligned with Gallaher Companies' business objectives.
Oversee marketing tracking infrastructure, including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, UTM parameters, call tracking, and CRM integrations.
Identify opportunities to improve marketing systems, reporting, automation, and operational efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, business intelligence, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to read performance data across both paid channels and present findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
Solid understanding of tracking fundamentals — pixels, conversion events, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and attribution models.
Experience tracking campaigns across multiple brands or business units simultaneously.
Experience working with CRM and sales data is strongly preferred.
Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines independently.
COMPANY BENEFITS
Competitive compensation and benefits including matching 401K, vision, dental, and employee paid medical
Opportunities for career growth and team expansion
A collaborative, high-performance culture
3+ weeks paid vacation and holidays to start
Salary range 75k – 95k
