Nancy Bjostad

Nancy began her career at Gallaher Companies over ten years ago as the front desk receptionist. Nancy grew with the company, promoting several times over the past decade. Now as the HR Manager, Nancy oversees the human resource department for Gallaher Companies, OSL Construction, and Gallaher Homes Management group. She keeps a pulse on employee relations, ensures practices are compliant and is the gatekeeper for employee services such as benefits and payroll.

Nancy resides in Petaluma with her twin daughters and husband. When she’s not onboarding a new team member or reviewing timesheets, Nancy loves watching the Warriors, playing board games, reading, and exploring Lake Tahoe.
