Senior Landscape Manager

Gallaher Companies is seeking a full-time Senior Landscape Manager that will oversee the ongoing care and enhancement of our residential and commercial properties — each maintained to the highest standards of aesthetics, plant health and function. You’ll lead a dedicated team, with the opportunity to grow your crew as our portfolio expands.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership & Scheduling
Manage & mentor a team of landscape technicians
Create and maintain efficient weekly schedules across multiple properties
Foster a culture of accountability, pride, & professionalism
Grounds Maintenance & Site Excellence
Oversee all aspects of landscape care: weeding, mowing, pruning, irrigation, fertilization, & seasonal transitions
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure impeccable presentation & safety
Conduct routine inspections of stormwater bioswales & drains
Troubleshoot issues & implement proactive solutions
Plant Selection & Design Collaboration
Select plant materials suited to each property’s aesthetic & environmental conditions - with water conservation in mind
Coordinate seasonal installations & enhancements
Stay informed on horticultural trends & best practices
Budget Oversight & Resource Management
Manage maintenance budgets with a focus on quality & efficiency
Track labor, materials, & equipment usage
Work with vendors to source premium materials at competitive rates
Perform regular equipment maintenance & manage inventory of tools & supplies to ensure efficient operations
Community & Department Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for community leaders & internal teams
Provide updates, anticipate needs, & respond to feedback with professionalism
Represent the company with discretion & confidence
REQUIREMENTS
3–5 years of experience in landscape management, ideally with high-end or estate properties
Strong horticultural knowledge & familiarity with irrigation systems
Proven leadership & team-building skills
Budgeting & scheduling experience
Excellent communication & organizational abilities
Valid driver’s license & ability to travel between properties
