Graphic Designer - Production Role

Windsor, CA

With a diverse portfolio of 25+ independently branded projects and an active pipeline of new developments, Gallaher Companies is seeking a Production Designer to join our Marketing, Brand & Creative Design team. This role focuses on adapting and preparing existing creative assets for a wide range of marketing materials across print and digital channels.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. While some creative problem-solving is involved, most work will center on production tasks—resizing layouts, updating content, and ensuring brand consistency. You should have a strong foundation in print production, web, and presentations, along with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset and a passion for excellence in execution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Prepare, update, and finalize a variety of print and digital assets, including brochures, flyers, signage, presentations, and online graphics.

  • Make text edits, image swaps, and layout adjustments to existing creative files.

  • Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and file preparation best practices.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

  • Conduct occasional on-site visits to gather materials or confirm specifications.

  • Navigate high-volume production periods effectively and proactively request support when needed.

PREFERRED SKILLS & EDUCATION

  • 3+ years of experience in a graphic design, production, or pre-press role.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating production and design capabilities.

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.

  • Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.

  • Familiarity with Asana, Canva, Squarespace, and Slack is a plus.

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
