Graphic Designer - Production Role

With a diverse portfolio of 25+ independently branded projects and an active pipeline of new developments, Gallaher Companies is seeking a Production Designer to join our Marketing, Brand & Creative Design team. This role focuses on adapting and preparing existing creative assets for a wide range of marketing materials across print and digital channels.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. While some creative problem-solving is involved, most work will center on production tasks—resizing layouts, updating content, and ensuring brand consistency. You should have a strong foundation in print production, web, and presentations, along with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset and a passion for excellence in execution.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Prepare, update, and finalize a variety of print and digital assets, including brochures, flyers, signage, presentations, and online graphics.
Make text edits, image swaps, and layout adjustments to existing creative files.
Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and file preparation best practices.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Conduct occasional on-site visits to gather materials or confirm specifications.
Navigate high-volume production periods effectively and proactively request support when needed.
PREFERRED SKILLS & EDUCATION
3+ years of experience in a graphic design, production, or pre-press role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating production and design capabilities.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
Familiarity with Asana, Canva, Squarespace, and Slack is a plus.
Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
