Senior Interior Designer
Windsor, CA
We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead the vision, selection, and execution of all interior elements—including premium furniture, finishes, and fixtures—across high-value projects. Reporting to the Head of Construction, this is a hands-on role requiring a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, personally managing every detail from concept to completion rather than delegating to staff.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Design Vision: Develop and execute elevated design concepts that reflect the refined aesthetic and brand vision of Gallaher Companies.
FF&E Expertise: Personally source, specify, and manage high-end furniture, finishes, and fixtures that merge luxury with functionality.
Collaboration: Partner with owners, architects, and builders to ensure seamless integration of design with construction and development plans.
Hands-On Approach: Take ownership of all aspects of the design process, from concept through completion, without reliance on junior staff.
Project Leadership: Oversee the interior design for large-scale, fast-paced projects ranging from new luxury residential communities to capital upgrades for existing properties.
Quality & Timeliness: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining standards and delivering on schedule.
PREFERRED SKILLS & EDUCATION
Proven track record as a senior-level interior designer with a luxury residential or hospitality portfolio.
In-depth knowledge of premium FF&E, current design trends, and high-end materials.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to thrive under tight timelines.
Proficient in AutoCAD, with expertise in developing detailed furniture layouts and supporting a variety of design tasks. Capable of producing elevation drawings, including cabinet layouts, as needed.
Familiarity with construction processes and architectural plan review is strongly preferred.
